Job Description

CRED is looking for a highly experienced backend developer to build intelligent and scalable data platforms. This role involves designing real-time personalization systems, mentoring engineers, and integrating AI solutions for data accessibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect high-performance, real-time data platforms
• Write clean, scalable code for high-concurrency environments
• Mentor engineers through reviews and best practices
• Build AI-powered tools for data segmentation and anomaly detection
• Enhance internal developer experience with SDKs and automation
• Contribute to CRED’s advanced data ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years in backend or platform engineering
• Experience with modern languages (Go, Java, Python, Scala)
• Worked on real-time data systems (Kafka, Spark, Flink)
• Passion for internal platforms and developer tools
• Knowledge of personalization, marketing tech, or CDPs
• Interest in applying AI/ML to infrastructure problems
