Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and mitigate security threats across applications and systems
• Implement firewalls, encryption, and security protocols
• Conduct penetration tests, audits, and vulnerability assessments
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams on secure software development (DevSecOps)
• Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and create mitigation strategies
• Maintain incident response and disaster recovery protocols
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of network security, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud security
• Proficiency in cryptography, authentication, and access control
• Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, and OWASP frameworks

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CEH, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, Security+
• SOC operations, log analysis, and threat intelligence experience
• Secure coding practices with development teams
• Knowledge of SIEM solutions like Splunk, ELK, QRadar

Salary Range

• Freshers (0–1 year): ₹4.5 – ₹6 LPA
• Mid-level (2–4 years): ₹7 – ₹14 LPA
• Senior (5+ years): ₹15 – ₹28 LPA+
