About the Role

As a Content & Operations Intern (Gujarati), you will work closely with creators, build engagement, and support the live audio community on ShareChat.

This is an opportunity to be part of India’s largest social media revolution while learning the ropes of creator management and digital community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover talented creators from ShareChat and other platforms in specific categories.
• Build relationships with creators and guide them through platform processes.
• Onboard and reactivate hosts for Friendzone (1-on-1 live calls feature).
• Communicate with audiences and hosts about events, offers, and rewards.
• Facilitate engagement during campaigns and challenges.
• Analyze creator performance and user engagement metrics.
• Moderate content including language, notifications, DMs, and profiles.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in agency/creator management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati.
• Cultural knowledge of the Gujarati-speaking audience.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Ability to understand virtual gifting behavior and monetization strategies.
