Job Description

Razorpay is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join its fast-paced People Operations team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand the core functions of HR in a leading fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment operations and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee databases and assist in onboarding
• Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives
• Help draft internal communications and reports

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably in HR or related fields)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
