As an Associate 2, you’ll work on designing, integrating, and analysing data systems using the latest tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.
You’ll collaborate with diverse clients, contribute to real-world projects, and grow your technical and professional skills in a supportive, future-ready environment.
Location: Kolkata (with occasional travel opportunities)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop data models and frameworks to improve governance and efficiency.
- Support data integration, quality, and management processes.
- Implement automation best practices to streamline workflows.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable insights.
- Assist in managing data projects with senior team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and address data needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analytics handling large datasets.
- Knowledge of Python and Microsoft Azure environment.
- Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling.
- Basic skills in PySpark, Databricks/Snowflake/MS Fabric, and SQL.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools (ADF, Airflow, or DBT).
- Awareness of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL DB or other RDBMS systems.
Good to Have
- Understanding of data governance frameworks.
- Awareness of Power Automate functionalities.
- Introductory knowledge of Generative AI concepts.
