Teads (formerly Outbrain) is seeking a Business Marketing Manager to elevate its Direct Response business in India. This is a strategic full-time role based in Haryana, focused on B2B marketing, performance-driven campaigns, and sales enablement. Ideal for marketing professionals with 3 to 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.

• Develop and execute marketing plans for B2B growth.

• Run international PR campaigns.
• Drive marketing performance with data and analytics.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing.
• Strong domain experience in B2B marketing and the digital advertising ecosystem.

• Experience with ad tech or media platforms is a strong advantage.
