Job Responsibilities

• Manage payment and device integrations with Indian partners to improve user acquisition and experience.
• Build a strategic roadmap and discuss projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement partner bundle offers for Netflix subscriptions.
• Improve cross-device user experience, especially for Smart TVs.
• Drive business performance through high-visibility placements and seamless purchase experiences.
• Coordinate API integrations with Netflix product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to APAC partnership growth by testing and scaling new product ideas.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing partner relationships and project execution, preferably in telecom, tech, or digital platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of payments and device integrations (especially set-top boxes).
• Proven success in high-stakes negotiations and cross-functional collaboration
• Optimize user acquisition strategies and Smart TV UX optimization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• An analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with partners and internal teams as needed.
• This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, partnerships, and media innovation.
