This internship program offers a chance to work on live business-critical projects across functions like Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, R&D, IT, Supply Chain, and Legal.

Who Can Apply?
Unilever Leadership Internship Programme is open to students and fresh graduates from diverse fields—especially Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, B‑Schools (MBA), Commerce, Law, IT and more.
No strict CGPA cutoffs are there to be eligible for the program.
Application & Selection Process
- Online application via HUL’s Careers portal
- Profile assessment through cognitive/emotional/social test.
- Digital case‑based interview, including multiple scenario prompts
- Discovery Centre / virtual assessment day: business case group rounds, management interaction, team tasks.
Experience & Mentorship
The Internship duration is for 2+ months. You’ll get a tutor, buddy, and mentor support, and participate in Business‑Week immersion sessions.
