Responsibilities

• Use tools like Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and digital user experience improvement.
• Collect user feedback using Qualtrics and design better digital journeys.
• Monitor system performance using Aternity and suggest needful changes.
• Manage and secure systems with 1E Tachyon for real-time operations.
• Work closely with IT and design teams to bring changes that help users.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and trends in the digital workplace field.

Who are Eligible to Apply

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related domains.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science and UX design.
• Good knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and workplace monitoring platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should be comfortable working in a team environment.
