About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Data Analyst to join our analytics and insights team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of data analysis and data science—building dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses, and creating predictive models that inform strategic business decisions and fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service data tools.
• Build predictive models for churn risk, revenue forecasting, and growth.
• Apply NLP and AI techniques to analyze unstructured data like support tickets and sentiment.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical methods, and large datasets.
• Familiarity with NLP/AI techniques and data engineering principles.

Working Model:

Fully remote with flexibility to work from home, Coursera offices, or co-working spaces.
