Responsibility
What you will be doing as an HR Operations Intern at CashKaro:
- Manage employee documentation: offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exit letters
- Update and maintain employee records in KEKA (CashKaro’s own HRMS)
- Support in organizing CK Morning Show, cultural events, and internal HR-led initiatives
- Assist with payroll inputs: leaves, attendance, new hires data
- Draft internal HR mailers via Outlook (birthdays, work anniversaries, engagement events)
- Use Excel and Word to track and organize HR tasks and reports
- Assist the HRBP and Payroll team as needed with execution, follow-ups, and coordination
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and see them through – no follow-ups required.
Skills you will learn
As an HR Operations Intern, you will work directly with a dedicated team at the backend of HR processes. From handling employee documentation and updating the HRMS, this internship is full of learning opportunities for future HRs.

Stipend & Certificate
