Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 Developer at Capgemini India, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver customized solutions for different business needs.

This role is for working professionals who have strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). Candidates should be skilled in customization, configuration, and development using Dynamics 365 and related tools like .NET plugins, APIs, SSRS, SSIS, and more.

The selected candidates will be responsible for working on live projects, support clients, and deliver high-quality business solutions. You will also handle client interactions and suggest technology-based solutions based on their needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on work experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Good communication and consulting skills preferred
