Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity governance program for a large financial services account with 700+ headcount.
• Develop and implement information security policies to meet compliance rules.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and contract reviews.
• Guide delivery teams on application security and code reviews.
• Act as the single point of contact for client audits and third-party reviews.
• Meet global security standards, PCI DSS and ISO 27001.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, HR, Facilities, Cybersecurity) for better workflow.
• Monitor compliance, lead metrics, and reporting programs.
• Contribute to the design and risk assessment of delivery center setups and connectivity models.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Experience Required: 12 to 18 years

Certifications (any of the following required):

• CISSP
• CISA
• CRISC
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of application security, cybersecurity risk assessment, and security compliance.
• Experience with technical security discussions, code reviews, and threat mitigation.
• Handle client interactions and CXO-level reviews.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Data-driven security improvement.

Work responsibilities include

• Prepare compliance reports
• Develop procedures and metrics
• Regularly engage with the CXO-level to present ongoing security improvements.
• Must have good communication skills and a proactive mindset to address non-compliance risks early.
