Job Description:
Amazon is looking for a Brand Specialist (French) to join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) team under Retail Business Services.
The job role is based in the Greater Kolkata Area and offers the opportunity to work with leading global brands, helping them grow and manage their business on Amazon.
As a Brand Specialist, you will handle end-to-end account management for key vendor partners. You will coordinate with internal teams in retail, marketing, operations, and finance to improve product visibility, sales performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
- Develop and execute joint business plans for vendor growth.
- Analyse data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and share insights with vendors.
- Manage marketing activities, product listings, and operations.
🕐 Work Hours: EU Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST)
📍 Location: Greater Kolkata Area / Remote

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or digital advertising.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
- Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
