Role Overview
The selected candidate will support Amazon’s internal users by resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, operating systems, and other IT infrastructure components. The role requires interaction with global teams and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support through service desk operations
- Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
- Assist users with Windows and Linux operating system issues
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support guidelines
- Meet service desk performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction targets
- Track and manage incidents through ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal IT, operations, and support teams globally
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support roles
Skills Required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting
- Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ITIL-based ticketing tools

Work Schedule
