Job Responsibilities

• Own Mint Money’s social media presence end-to-end, including content planning, creation, publishing, and daily platform management
• Define and maintain brand tone, language, and visual identity across social platforms
• Track trends, news, and internet culture to create timely and engaging content
• Work closely with brand, editorial, and business teams to support key use cases
• Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise content using platform analytics

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (finance or e-commerce background preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital culture, trends, meme language, and social storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex finance topics into engaging and easy-to-understand content
• Data-driven mindset combined with creative thinking
• Experience in video scripting, storyboarding, and reel creation
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Meta Suite, Sprinklr, or Hootsuite is an added advantage
