Role Overview

As a Growth Recruiter, you will lead mass hiring initiatives and manage end-to-end recruitment operations. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, operational efficiency, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers in a dynamic, high-growth setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume hiring for freelance technical roles in coding and STEM domains
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Manage recruitment workflows using ATS tools like Greenhouse
• Administer and oversee online technical assessments using platforms such as HackerRank or Codility
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Collaborate with Tier-1 colleges in India to source high-quality talent
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience through clear communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on freelance or contract hiring
• Advanced expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment techniques
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse
• Experience using online technical testing tools
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience in operations-heavy or marketplace-style hiring models is a plus
• Exposure to hiring from Tier-1 colleges in India will be an added advantage
