Role Overview

As a Senior Executive in the DEC team, the selected candidate will be responsible for researching, creating, and reviewing high-quality technical and product-related content.

The role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts, designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and user-focused documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, collaborate, and create product documentation
• Review and improve technical content for clarity and accuracy
• Develop user guides, white papers, case studies, customer-facing decks, and related documents
• Participate in agile sprints and work independently or within a team
• Coordinate with stakeholders and SMEs throughout the product lifecycle
• Create standardized content to maintain consistent messaging across platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in technical writing or content development
• Strong understanding of product documentation from a user’s perspective
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of authoring tools and content management systems
• Strong attention to detail and research ability
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualification

• Graduation is mandatory
