Job Responsibilities

• Build and execute hiring strategies through competitive research, sourcing, networking, and structured hiring plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-tech roles, occasionally collaborating with teammates on complex searches.
• Work as a Researcher for senior-level or niche positions when required.
• Develop deep knowledge of business areas, markets, and job functions.
• Guide hiring managers with talent market insights and data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Represent Netflix’s culture and ensure candidates fully understand the opportunity and workplace values.
• Influence, support, and collaborate with global Talent Acquisition team members.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (non-tech) in high-growth, global companies in India
• Strong business understanding and curiosity to learn how multiple functions interact
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
• Ability to challenge decisions thoughtfully when needed
• Adaptability to evolving business priorities
• Passion for building and shaping Netflix’s hiring brand in India
