Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles through various job portals and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and communication.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and track hiring progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment outreach activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in B.E/B.Tech, HR, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment or HR operations.
• Basic understanding of technical skills like Python, Java, AI, or ML.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
