Table of Contents
Job Responsibilities
- Understand target audiences and design new product launch strategies for assigned categories.
- Conduct market analysis, competition mapping, and gather consumer insights to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
- Build innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
- Develop 360° integrated marketing communication plans across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Research, Brand, Media, Digital, Sales, and E-commerce for successful product launches and go-to-market execution.
- Manage campaign budgets with a focus on ROI and ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Evaluate campaign performance and implement learnings for future strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in premium product categories.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and product positioning.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale marketing campaigns.
