Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be a key part of our recruitment team—sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate hiring while learning how recruitment works in a fast-paced, global tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
• Post and manage job openings on internal and external platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal teams.
• Keep accurate records of shortlisted, selected, and onboarded candidates.
• Work on Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting recruitment data.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative sourcing abilities and confident pitching to candidates.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship in Mumbai.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
