Job Responsibilities

As a Team Lead for Field Sales, your responsibilities include managing a team of five or more field sales agents, Drive EDC deployment, improving merchant onboarding, Achieve targets through communications and team motivation. The team lead will also handle performance tracking, reporting, and competitor analysis.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or distribution
• Experience in field team management
• A bike, helmet, and smartphone
• Graduation (mandatory); post-graduation preferred
• Prior POS/EDC device sales experience is a plus
