Tata Motors Limited is offering a paid internship opportunity for diploma students at the Tata Motors Dharwad Plant. This internship is for diploma students to gain real industry experience through on-the-job training, helping them develop essential technical skills in a live working environment.

The internship is available only for freshers who are currently pursuing their diploma courses in mechanical engineering. As per the Department of Technical Education (DTEB) guidelines training period is between 2 to 6 months.

Tata Motors follows a hands-on learning approach based on the concept of “Learning by Doing.”

Selected interns will go through:

• A medical check-up by the company’s Medical Officer
• Induction and basic skills training
• Practical training on the shop floor
