Vivo India is looking for interns to join Vivo’s India Service Operations Team. As a Service Operations Manager Intern, you will work closely with the after-sales and customer service departments. Job description

As a service manager intern, you will be involved in supporting day-to-day service activities, coordinating with various service centers, analyzing data for operational improvements, and assisting other team members for customer satisfaction processes.

The internship provides candidates with practical learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-time issue management in a growing smartphone brand.

Location: Major Vivo India offices or service hubs (e.g., Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.)

Internship Type: Full-time, temporary

Stipend: As per company policy

Duration: Typically 2–3 months

Responsibilities

• Support service operations across Vivo’s regional and national centers
• Coordinate between customer support, logistics, and technical teams
• Track service KPIs and prepare regular reports
• Participate in problem-solving and customer experience improvement activities
• Assist with documentation and backend process optimization

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Good communication and coordination skills with teams.
• Basic Knowledge of Excel and basic data presentation tools
• Interest in customer service and operations

Internship Stipend, Perks & Certificate

Selected interns will get industry industry-standard stipend of Rs. 30000 per month. For interns with higher work load stipend amount may increase upto Rs. 60000 INR per month.
